ABOUT ME
Yoga changed my life. It may sound like a huge cliche but there's a magic in the practice that truly has to be experienced to be believed. Because Yoga isn't 'just' a an exercise class. Yoga is a way of life. It will challenge you and it will change you. The lessons you learn on the mat will impact your life off the mat in the most amazing and unexpected ways.

I was lucky enough to find my very first yoga class here in the beautiful Lake District, a place that holds a fair bit of magic itself. Since then, I have practiced with some wonderful teachers in some wonderful places: Bali, Italy, India - to name a few. But physically, emotionally, spiritually ...
Yoga always brings me home.

I have deep gratitude to the teachers and students that have guided me so far. Particularly the children I have been so blessed to have taught in my previous life as an Early Years Teacher and of course my own darling daughter Eva. They have so much to teach us. My experience as a Mum has shaped my approach dramatically, choosing to specialise in Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga and taking further trainings to support women's health.

My personal yoga practice can differ vastly from day to day and this diversity and flexibility is reflected in my classes. If we tune into our needs and work with our own unique bodies and energies then we approach our practice with a sense curiosity and awareness. This is something I hope to instil in my students - Yoga is about YOU.

My tailored approach to teaching has the potential to help address many different needs, including those suffering with anxiety, IBS, stress and a range of physical conditions. It doesn't matter whether you've practiced yoga before, whether you consider yourself flexible or whether you think of yourself as the yoga 'type.'

YOGA IS FOR EVERYONE.
