One to one and private Yoga sessions

One to one Yoga sessions, are the perfect way to grow your practice in the comfort of your own home.

Sessions are specifically tailored to your needs and are therefore perfect if:

* You're newly postnatal and would like to start practicing again but either not ready for a public class or would like more tailored advice.

* You'd like to refine your practice and work on something specific.

* You're in need of some nurturing and deep relaxation. 

* You're pregnant/postnatal and would like to combine a session with pre/postnatal doula services or birth preparation (to incur an extra charge .) 

One to one sessions last for 75 minutes and take place in your home. All equipment will be provided however I will ask that your prepare a suitable space in advance. The time/date of the session will be confirmed between us over email/telephone/private message before booking online. 

We will begin with a discussion about your Health Questionnaire (to be  completed and returned prior to the session) and what you would like to get out of the practice.

The cost of a one to one session is £50, with current/past students receiving 10% off (please  ask for the coupon code upon booking.) One to Two sessions or small group are also possible, please enquire for a price.

*Please note that if you live outside of the Windermere, Kendal, Ambleside area, a small travel charge may be added.
